Syndication / SEC Lawyer

Hello,

I am an investor who currently lives in Austin, TX. I invest in different parts of the country. I am currently looking to start my own syndication with a few business partners. I don't think I will have any trouble raising the capital, but I have no clue as to how to go about the legal side of things. I was hoping that someone could point me in the direction of a knowledgable lawyer who has worked with the SEC and has previously helped create syndications. I would like to do everything completely legal and transparent. Please let me know if you have anyone you'd recommend. Thank you for your time.
