Putting together a perspective and sketches on a complex I am wanting to build. I have a construction company and have done production building my whole life. Within the last 2 years I started flipping properties as well.  I am now taking my investment company to the next level and passive income opportunities for investors on this project. looking for anyone with insight or groups that are dedicated to this kind of subject. @Scott Mac  trades aren't a problem I have construction company doing custom builds so all trades are taken care off. depending on design that the design firm will come up with will determine our material and may have to adjust for timing but as of late most material is getting easier to get compared to last year.
