How are your real estate/investing goals going with rising interest rates and uncertainty in the multifamily space and how are you adapting to the changes?

Slowing down on actual purchases due to overinflated prices and higher rates personally. Locking in long-term rates in the 5% range is still winning with inflation at 8% you're up 3% without doing anything else besides holding debt.
