Affordable Housing Education opportunities

Hello Everyone, I'm new to BiggerPockets and I'm seeking out information/advice on affordable housing. My professional career has been spent in Long term care for seniors both in Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing Facilities in Florida, Indiana and Tennessee. At this point I have some investors that are interested in moving in to affordable senior housing as it fits our current model of senior care. I'm hoping someone on the forum can point me in the right direction for education opportunities that I can leverage to increase my knowledge base on the subject.
