Build duplexes or small mobile home park

I am currently about to close on a house with 20 acres. I have plans to build on the upper sliver of land to a small apartment complex. As a rough estimate, I believe I can get about 6 duplexes there after paving a road and running utilities from the road to the plats. Does anyone have any leads on multifamily builders in the area serving west of Huntsville (Limestone County)? I want to consult a professional before running away with imaginary numbers and thought this would be a good referral place before just rolling down the Google review train. Thank you in advance.

@Brenden Mitchum luckily in this jurisdiction, there is no zoning restrictions outside the city limit. I had to triple check it because it didn't sound right but Alabama outside most city limits is really like a wild west.
