@Jay Hinrichs Gave me a good suggestion to ask the BP community if anyone has partnered with Y Street Capital Victor Menasce before as a Limited funding Partner.  I'm currently looking at a Multi Family deal with Victor and Y Street Capital and was hoping to connect with someone that has worked with them in the past.  If you have please reach out to me with direct message.
