Quadplex that is functioning as a Duplex currently
Hi, love the forums, grateful for all the support and help.
There is a quadplex for sale. There are two renovated units and the other 2 require a complete teardown. The quadplex is currently priced for the amount a duplex would go in the area. Does it make financial sense to buy it at the price and slowly rehab the other two units or is it rarely worth the extra construction cost even at a lower price?
Thank you.
