Is Louisville, KY a good area to invest in Multifamily?

I own apts in Miami and Multifamily Buildings in Omaha. I want to buy more but Omaha slowly for surely is running out of inventory and has been harder. I was thinking Louisville but I have not even been there. I am also very open to other areas except the west coast. Any suggestions?

@Luis Perlish just like anything you just need to find what is best for your goals and what team you can build out well in those areas. There are a lot of OOS investors in KY specifically because of the many advantages that we have. L-ville can be great just have a good team and boots on the ground that you trust. For OOS I would avoid the west end unless you really know what you are doing.
