No such thing as a pre nod list. I mean, sure, I suppose someone can take a spreadsheet and dump a bunch of names on it and call them all pre NOD but the reality is no one knows anything is pre nod besides the lender and the borrower, and none of that information is public. Anyone telling you they have a pre nod list is lying to you or lying to the repositories with their permissible use intent, and illegally selling non public personal information.
"Pre NOD" lists are called, "Credit Reports". You don't have access to them. No one that does have access to them can sell them to you.
NOD lists are a different beast and are public, and are available.
