This website is not updated on a real time basis. I see property on there that I have bought and sold months ago. They also charge you additional for getting you in contact with property owner. They charge by property. It would be better to charge subscribers a little more per month and give them all info.

This would be better for investor our time is money. 

I have had my subscription for one month going on month two. Would like to find someone who supplies all inclusive database that is keep updated
