Hi, I’m a newby I’m in the Chicago area I would like start ASAP, more interested in Flipping or rental property. Any thoughts on Auction homes??

Congratulations on taking the step to getting started. I am not familiar with auction homes, but what I do know is that they can be pretty risky and require cash upfront. Do you have an area in mind for renting or flipping?
