Preforeclosure source - NC
I’m sure this topic has been discussed 12 times over, but I am trying to figure out a good source of pre-foreclosure leads in a non-judicial state.
My understanding is that in North Carolina, we are a non-judicial state, and most NOD/late payment records are not public record until notice of hearing (the actual court date.)
Does anyone know the best way to get a hold of a late payment list/NOD list before the notice of hearing goes out?
Thanks!
