I NEED HELP!! ANYONE?
There is a house that was up for auction at the county steps and the property didnt sell. So now its heading to auction.com
The house is in a country town and the starting bid is 72,000... I've been preapproved for the amount BUT unfortunately it's not approved for an auction property.
To be total transparent I have a 40,000 I can liquidate. Is there any other institution or lender I can look into to help cover the amount? Any strategic ideas I could tap into? My credit is subpar and I'm shocked i got preapproved.
