Hi guys where can I get a Preforeclosure list
For example in Milwaukee, WI, the city website includes a list of Foreclosed properties that are available to the public as well as some pre-forclosures.
I would suggest looking into the city that you're trying to invest in to see if they have any city data on their personal website.
In WI, you can get preforeclosures off circuit court access (CCAP). Many other states have free online circuit court access too...you just need to figure out the codes and their system. I called the clerk of courts when we started and they explained the coding system and how cases get loaded so that I could make my own list. You can then train someone to do it too. I also have used probatedaily which is a list subscription for preforeclosures and probates/pre-probates. Good luck in your REI adventures!
