Due diligence
Question from a short sale newbie:
I am making an offer on a short sale contingent on using my home sale net proceeds (closing mid March). The seller has a listing agent and a mitigater. Is my offer stronger stating due diligence performed by a calendar date (2/22) or by the number of days following the bank's acceptance of my offer?
