Are REO Brokers too busy?
So after the past 2 days of calling, emailing, telepathy, smoke signals etc.... I still have not managed to get written offers to the listing agents on the 4 or 5 houses I want to offer on.
One of them is a FULL PRICE offer that I know I can re-sell within weeks for immediate profit.
I have cash, POF is a bank statement, can close yesterday. I just need a call back, an emailed contract and someone to do the work over on the other side.
Are REO listing agents too busy to facilitate transactions? What gives?
