FL - A Short Sale we have under Contract just got relisted

Looking for feedback from Florida Investors, Realtors and Bankers please.

We havd a SS property under contract:  we offered, bank countered, we accepted Banks offer.  This was 9 months ago.  Since then the bank/Seller have asked for numerous extensions which we have given. 

Today the selling realtor relisted the property on the MSL as 'Active' with no notice to us .  What are our options?
