Talking About Marketing with Your Short Sale Agent

In this series of videos, I'm chatting with an agent that I've already done deals with. Our previous deals have been listings she's gotten on her own and deals my bird dog brought me that I had her list.

We talk about getting leads to have her send out the postcards I had her create. We talk about getting deals with other agents. We talk about getting in with her broker and all the other deals within the office. This isn't the most exciting video. The agent is a little passive but she is great to work with which is why I continue to work with her.

Again, no real editing, only #'s, urls etc.... all real conversation. If you want a summarized version, we talk about her broker, I called him and it went well, within a few minutes of speaking with him, we (My agent and I) already had a few listing of other agents in the office that had listings. Its going to be another great year!!
