Are any of you using revokable trusts to get your shorts done? I've heard of a few investors using them, but I'm not sure what the advantages and disadvantages are. With the FHA seasoning limits being lifted it seems like more hassle to get the sellers to sign off in the name of a revokable trust for the B-C.
