Analyzing trustees sales in the Western states

I have been buying trustee's sales in Utah for the last 8 years and they have dried up to the point where I have started my research on other western states. I am focusing on the states on propertyradar.com which are CA, WA, OR, AZ, and NV. Anyone currently working courthouses in any of these states? I'm sure you don't love the idea of more competition, so if you know of other areas that you don't personally work as well? I am just starting to dive into foreclosure law of a couple of states that I might focus on. I am also going to analyze foreclosure rates (assuming those rates posted on certain websites are accurate), and I want to analyze number of foreclosures in relation to populations and demographics. I am aware of the states that have the highest number of foreclosures currently, but most are in the midwest and back east with the exception of NV which I am starting to look at. I understand that NV reciprocates with UT on the RE license so that's an incentive to start spending time in NV. Anyone had luck with assistant logins in other states so you can get access to the MLS? Anyone used a good VA that compiles some of this information? Just signed up for propertyradar.com and will start learning it. Any of this info would be great...
