What is recommended to do to prepare for when you meet the BPO agent? Other than comps. Do you guys actually have a contractor give a repair estimate? Anything else? How do you package it and present it?

This is the best advice in this thread so far! I have said all along, relationships are key and quick ones are no different. make a friend, make them like you and you will be able to get much closer to your goal.

Lafi, never state you are the buyer, that is obvious you have self interests to get a lower price. You are always representing the homeowner and a lower price gets a "quicker sale" and helps the "homeowner" out of trouble.
