REO Listing, status: Active, subject to release?
Hey everyone I would greatly appreciate you're advice. I've made an offer on a REO home that the status is Active but in the description it says "subject to release" what does this mean?
It's been on the market for about 3 months so I really lowballed with my offer I'm hoping they are ready to move on from the house and come down in their accepting price.
Looking forward to your advice and have a great day!
Jaron
