Reviews on Fleetwood Partners ~ anyone work with them?

Hi, I had Googled the company "Fleetwood Partners" and what I saw was not positive.   I received a call wanting me to list a home, but they wanted $399 up front.  The rep said the company would pay all the utilities and any other fees/bills.    It didn't sound right, so I found one page that said this was a scam - just looking to see if anyone else had any information on this company.
