Does anyone use a net REO spreadsheet to help justify your short sale offer compared to the bank taking the house back?

The negotiator has to submit one to the investor for final approval. If you have one then send it!

Dave,

We have never used a REO spreadsheet. Actually it rarely even comes into the conversation about the Lender taking the property back. So, we do not talk about the costs of them taking the property.
