Stressing a BPO on a nice property

I have a BPO coming up on a property I have under contract, and obviously I'd like the BPO to go my way. However the house is pretty nice. Not much for repairs or anything. It looks ok. Maybe a a little paint and carpet - really thats it. I've never had a bpo on a "nice" house, and was wondering if someone with more experience had ideas on how to handle this bpo. Any ideas?
