Foreclosing on a Land Contract

The buyer of our house on land contract has not paid the last month and is not responding to our requests for payment.  Does anyone have a link to paperwork we can pass along that will start the foreclosure process (and hopefully get the persons attention).  It is in Van Buren county Michigan if that makes a difference?
