Chester County Sheriff Sale

Hi,

I am interested in purchasing a property from the Chester County Sale. I'm running into a jam when searching for liens and if any property tax is owed. Can this be done online or do I have to call each department?

What can be attached after the sale on a first mortgage...IRS liens? Property tax? Liens on the property? I  have never bought a foreclosure in PA.

Anyway to find out what the starting/opening bid would be?

Any pointers on this sale?

Thank you,

Amanda
