Need Lien Explained

Hi all,

Looking for some help to understand if this $16,062.80 lien is still on this property. If you look at the report it appears so, but again no 100% on that. But on the judgement doc provided by the County Clerk it does not speak of any liens (see below). Any help would be appreciated.
