Chinese Drywall disclosure

Not my first REO but my first through Wells Fargo. .. pita... noticed the normal mold disclosure but this also said chinese drywall.... does that mean somewhere in this house there is chinese drywall or they are CYA?

Doesn't matter what the disclosure says, do the test if you suspect Chinese dry wall.  The disclosure is likelyCYA.
