Can I control a property with no money down with a REO listed with Keller Williams
This villa is priced well below FMV, does need some work, but all I want to be able to wholesale it to a rehabber...But the property is listed on the MLS and some realtors wont take this type of contractor without any $ in escrow...please help..great deal slipping away

No. In this case it's the bank/owner who requires Proof of the ability to buy, and EM. In most other cases, the Agent will strongly recommend the seller require the same. We, nor our sellers, have any interest in locking up a property with a wholesaler. Most competent rehabbers know it's on the market already, and if they wanted it they'd buy it for the price you can.
