Didn't Influence BPO ;(

We found out that a BPO agent went to our client’s home without us knowing, without us finishing up our Bids, & without us being there to influence The BPO.

I feel horrible because our seller was confused thinking The BPO agent was a contractor there for a bid.

So I'm asking anyone if there's a way of doing anything to still influence the BPO?

Anything would be helpful. Thanks Everyone!
