Looks like I finally got one...

I had a bid accepted on a HUD home yesterday. Same home I bid on about a month ago. Previous deal must have fallen through. Asking price $85,000, I won the bid at $88,000. Agent says I just beat out the next bid. Previous sale that fell through was for $94,500 . Same style house on same street sold for $120,000 3 month ago. Currently a REO across the street that I was also bidding on, asking $136,000.

I will need to put about $15K in repairs. Plan on holding as a rental property for several years. Time to get to work!
