Wayne County Treasurer's Auction of Tax-Foreclosed Properties

Has anyone here participated in the Wayne County Treasurer's Auction of Tax-Foreclosed Properties? I'm curious about what the experience is like, especially for first-time buyers. Were there any surprises or challenges during the bidding process? How did the properties you purchased turn out, and were there any unexpected issues like liens or repairs? Any tips or advice for someone considering participating in the upcoming auction would be greatly appreciated!
