Hello Everyone!

I been working on NOTS for the past six months with moderate success. I'm realizing this stage in the Pre Foreclosure process is swamped with "investors".

I'm interested in 60-90 day mortgage late, Notice of Default, and Most importantly Bankruptcy.

If anyone can educate me or point me towards the right source to be more educated in the Bankruptcy stage in working with homeowners it'll be well appreciated.

Thank You all And I value your help!
