Listing HUD properties for wholesale
IF you get a HUD property accepted and under contract, can you have it listed on the MLS without any objection from HUD?

Not likely, since its already on MLS (will be as under contract at that time). Most MLS systems have a built in block of listing an already listed property, but more importantly, you dont have permission from the seller to market it (even if you have equitable interest).
