Foreclosed house eviction question

Susan X.
Posted

Today I went to knock the door of the property I bought at the auction in Los Angeles County.

When I told the previous owner that I came here bacause I purchased the house in auction, he told me to find a lawyer. So I left.

Can any experienced auctioned property owner or legal professional share your ideas on what I should do to make the previous owner move out fast? Thanks so much 🙏
