Pre foreclosure Business
I have been knocking doors for preforeclosures pretty consistently over the past few months now. I have had some good success, but I find the same story over and over .. people want to save their house, and they exhaust all resources and selling the house is their last option. There is usually a lot of tears and pain involved in the process, and sometimes I don’t necessarily like being the last option for these people. I actually do want to help them save their house.
I am curious - has anyone out there figured out a way to profit from helping people save their house from foreclosure? I am thinking that maybe there is a lender/nonprofit out there that would help do a loan modification, short term loan, refinance, etc., that I could sell these leads to, or something along those lines. Idk - but I want to brainstorm ideas and I’m curious what people think!
