Finding REOs on the MLS
Does anyone know an easy way to find the bank REO properties on MLS? Search keywords? Or do banks list their properties on another site?

Peter - keyword searches including the words bank-owned, bank approval, as-is, REO, corporate addendum, things like that generally pull out the REO's.
