There will not be a uniform number and there are a lot of variables before one can give a concise answer but at what percentage is reasonable for the bank to indulge in a short sale?

Mortgage Owed = $180,000 (sits near Market Value)

2 Years Empty

2- Story, Finished Basement, Garage, 4 BR, 2.5 Baths

2,000SF

7 Acres of Land

Rural Market

$10,000 CAPEX
