Had success using Hubzu.com

During a previous conversation regarding the purchase of a property via an auction, it occurred to me to ask. I have previously won an auction on Hubzu, but the bank wanted 20k more for an empty home where no one could tell me how long the water was turned off. Needless to say I backed away from the deal.
