Tenant analytics for prospecting potential buyers

Are there any resources available to research analytics of various tenants, for example which tenants like a half acre lot on a corner near a grocery store? I can look up various grocery stores and measure lots on google maps to find prospective tenants, but I am looking for any resources that may help to provide tenant analytics (which tenants like to be located near grocery stores, are looking to expand, and buy their own real estate, etc). I have not found much to this point, appreciate any tips from those who may be familiar with available resources. Thank you.
