$$$ Property for Sale but need Investors
Hello,
I was introduced to a property from a property owner I know but currently has a listing broker. It's a prime location with a sale price of 20 million. I specialize in retail leasing and not investment properties and do not have a database of investors. Could I refer this property to another company that specializes in commercial investment properties and if they are able to find a buyer I'd accept a referral fee? Should I try to seek out investors and if so does anyone have advice in going about that?
