Any suggestions on a free or low cost program/app to collect online rent payments from a 9 unit commercial building? I’d like an easy way for tenants to pay rent, submit repair requests, etc. Thanks for any insight.

@Andrew Laing There are a lot of great options. Cozy is certainly a popular choice but keep in mind it doesn't have a ton of flexibility. Oftentimes, commercial landlords need to charge utilities, CAM charges, scheduled rent increases, unique late fees, etc. Cozy will be a pretty manual process for those.

I'd encourage you to look around and try out a few. There are a number of free options out there that may be a better fit and are low stakes to just sign up. If you want some specific suggestions, feel free to message me directly.

Good luck!
