Is anyone getting commercial Appraisals in NYS right now? I’m in the Syracuse area and my lender says closing is held up until appraisers are able to work again.

all the appraisers on all my commercial deals are working, including my own refi. Probably have over a dozen deals moving forward right now with no issues all commercial
