I'm looking for a reputable course certification program that helps me dive deep into the financial aspect , analyze, and structure commercial real estate opportunities. Any and recommendations are welcomed. Thanks.

CCIM has a number of classes. Several business schools offer them as well. Also Adventures in CRE has some financial modeling courses
