Recommended books/tools to learn about self-storage investing

I own a commercial office space (and operate a business in it) and want to focus future investments on self-storage units. I want to understand the numbers which are diff from residential and other commercial. Does anyone have a favorite book on the business?  Quick Amazon search pulls up Dean Brown, Jim Ross, and  Dean Brown.  Thumbs up or down?  Any others?  Thanks!

I've been to a few of Scott Meyers' events and he has great resources at https://selfstorageinvesting.com/. Would definitely recommend checking them out.

There's honestly not a ton of great books out there on self-storage investing, which is one of the reasons I'm writing a comprehensive guide on SS through BP publishing. Should come out next year.
