Septic System in old Mobile home park

Hi,

There is a vacant parcel that's zone mobile home park in California.   The owners purchased it in the 90's where they removed all the existing mobile homes, about 16 of them, and planned on building SFRs but left the septic system.  So the septic system has been sitting there ever since.  Is there any chance the septic system could be repaired/re-conditioned at this point?

Thanks.
