Commercial Real Estate Copywriter

Åsmund Ryningen
Posted

Hi there,

I'm a copywriter who has a profound passion and deep interest in commercial real estate. However, I'm fairly new to the game; I'm a newbie.

As brokers and investors, what are the main challenges you face when doing deals? And what should a good commercial real estate copywriter know?

Åsmund Ryningen You should start by educating yourself to get familiar with the space. I'd start with books: "Multifamily Millions" by David Lindahl and "How To Create Passive Income, Build Wealth..." by Gino Barbaro & Jake Stenziano. I have a whole library of books' recommendations, feel free to PM me for the link as I cannot post it here. Also listen to MFH podcasts.

Some of the best ones are run by:

1) Gino Barbaro & Jake Stenziano

2) Rod Khleif

3) MIchael Blank

4) Juan Vargas

Also, start networking with local investors by joining local REI clubs.

If you need more advice, feel free to reach out.

Best!
