I am interested in purchasing senior living communities/assisted living/ retirement facilities, but I do not know where to begin. Does anyone have any suggestions on where to start, or anyone to talk to or what are good things to research? I have my vision of what I want to accomplish with this, I just need to start laying the block work. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
