Property Manager Recommendation for Vancouver, WA
I am buying my first commercial property. I'd like to interview a few property managers in the Vancouver, WA area, where the property is located. I want to see if it'll be easy to keep at 90% plus occupancy. The numbers pan out for 90% occupancy. This property has never had 100% occupancy. I'm looking for recommendations for commercial property managers. Thank you in advance for your help.
